Resezido operates this site from a workshop in Austin, Texas The trading name, postal address and country responsible for the data this site collects.
This site is operated by Resezido, trading as Resezido Climate, at 73 Workshop Way, Apt 3, Austin, Texas 59066, United States. Resezido is the controller of the personal data described below — the party that decides why it's collected and what happens to it.

We collect what the inquiry form asks for, chat messages, technical logs and advertising click identifiers Four categories: form data, chat data, technical/log data, and cookie or click-ID data from ad platforms.
- Inquiry form
- Name, phone number, email, job address, the kind of inquiry, your notes, and any specification you type in, plus your consent tick.
- Support chat
- The messages you send, and if you give them, your name, phone, email and consent tick.
- Technical and log data
- Your IP address, browser user-agent string, the page that referred you, and the timestamps when a page rendered and when a form was sent.
- Cookie and click-identifier data
- A consent-choice cookie, and — only once you allow storage — the gclid, msclkid or fbclid parameter a Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising or Meta Ads click attaches to the link you followed.
Each category exists to answer your inquiry, run the chat, keep the site working or measure the advertising What the form data, the chat data, the logs and the click identifiers are each actually used for.
Form and chat data are used to call or write you back, schedule a site visit, and quote a job. Technical and log data keep the site secure and let us see when something breaks. Cookie and click-identifier data measure which advertising actually brought a job in the door, and let Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads report on campaign performance where you've allowed that storage.
We rely on consent, contract or legitimate interest depending on what the data is for The legal basis stated plainly for each purpose, for visitors covered by the GDPR.
Handling your inquiry or chat message and arranging a job runs on contract — you asked us to act, we need the data to do it. Security logging runs on legitimate interest — keeping the site working and safe. Advertising cookies and click identifiers, and the analytics that go with them, run on consent: nothing in that category is set until you allow storage, and Consent Mode v2 holds it denied by default.
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads all send paid traffic to this site today Each platform attaches its own click identifier to the link a visitor follows: gclid, msclkid or fbclid.
This site runs paid campaigns through google ads and microsoft advertising, and may run them through Meta Ads. When you arrive by clicking one of those ads, the link carries a click identifier: gclid from Google, msclkid from Microsoft, or fbclid from Meta. That identifier lets the platform match your visit back to the ad you clicked, so the campaign's performance can be measured.
None of these platforms has reviewed, approved or verified the content of this site; the relationship is advertising placement and measurement, nothing more.
Advertising and analytics storage stays denied until you say otherwise Consent Mode v2 holds four signals denied by default and resets them to denied the moment you decline.
This site runs consent mode, Google's Consent Mode v2 framework. Four signals — ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage — start denied for every visitor. They only switch to granted after you actively allow storage on the cookie banner. If you decline, or later withdraw consent, all four are set straight back to denied, and no ad-storage cookie or analytics cookie is written from that point on.
Your data passes through a short, named list of processors, never a broker The ad platforms, the hosting provider, and the mail route that delivers the notification email.
Data reaches, at most: Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC for Google Ads measurement; Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd for Microsoft Advertising, whose own handling of your data is set out at privacy.microsoft.com; Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd for Meta Ads, where a campaign is running; the hosting provider that serves this site and stores the inquiry database; and the mail provider that carries the notification email to our inbox.
We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to a data broker.
Some processors handle data outside the United States, under their own transfer safeguards Google, Microsoft and Meta operate infrastructure in the European Union and elsewhere.
Where Google Ireland Ltd, Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd or Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd process advertising data, that processing may occur in the European Union, the United States, or another country where those companies operate. Each of those companies maintains its own cross-border transfer mechanism, including standard contractual clauses, as part of the terms under which it accepts advertiser data. Resezido does not itself transfer data anywhere beyond its hosting provider and these named processors.
