This version of the terms applies from 7 September 2026 and governs your use of resezido.com and any inquiry sent through it from that date, until a newer version replaces it.

These terms are with Resezido, trading as Resezido Climate

Resezido operates resezido.com from 73 Workshop Way, Apt 3, Austin, Texas 59066, United States. Where these terms say "we," "us" or "Resezido," that's the party you're dealing with. Where they say "you" or "visitor," that's anyone using the site or sending an inquiry.

This site describes HVAC installation, repair and maintenance work, and takes inquiries about it

Resezido Climate installs and services heating, cooling, ventilation and automation systems for houses, apartments, offices and small shop units, mainly around Austin, Texas. This site explains that work — furnace and heat pump installs, central AC and mini-splits, duct sealing and fresh-air ventilation, smart thermostats and zoning, seasonal tune-ups and emergency repair — and lets you send us an inquiry through a form or the support chat.

This site does not provide emergency dispatch in real time; if a system has failed and you need someone out today, call +1 (213) 555-8290 directly rather than relying on a form submitted after hours.

Nothing here is sold or paid for on the site, and no figure shown is a binding quote

There's no cart, no checkout and no payment collected through resezido.com. Every price basis published on a service page — a furnace installed from $3,400, a mini-split head from $2,100, a tune-up plan from $19 a month, and the rest — is a starting figure attached to a specific scope described next to it. It becomes a real number only after a technician has opened the return plenum, run a load calculation or checked static pressure on your actual system. An inquiry becomes a job when you and Resezido agree a written scope and a start date; nothing before that point obligates either side.

Prices are quoted in US dollars, tied to a described scope, and can move if the scope does

Every figure on this site is in USD. A price basis holds only for the scope written next to it — for example, "installed price after a load calc, from $5,200" for a heat pump assumes standard access and existing electrical capacity. Attic access that requires extra crawling, a duct system that needs more than sealing, or a service panel that needs upgrading changes the number, and we say so in the written scope before work starts, not after.

Don't scrape this site, don't misuse the form or chat, and don't pose as someone else in an inquiry

You may not attempt to break into the site, scrape it at scale, send the inquiry form or chat automated or fraudulent submissions, or use either channel to harass Resezido's staff. You may not submit an inquiry under a name or contact detail that isn't your own. We can block access from any visitor who does.

The text, photographs and marks on this site belong to Resezido

The wordmark, the photographs of our crew and jobs, and the written copy on this site are Resezido's property or used under licence. You may view and share a page link; you may not republish our photographs or copy our page text onto another site.

This site is provided as is, and a tonnage figure from the fit checker is a starting range, not an engineering result

We keep this site up to date as best we can, but we don't warrant that it's free of error at every moment, or that it will be available without interruption. The System Fit Checker gives an approximate tonnage band from a rule of thumb; it is not a Manual J load calculation and is not a substitute for one. Any recommendation it returns is confirmed, or corrected, on an actual site visit.

Our liability for this site is limited to direct damages tied to the inquiry process itself

To the extent the law allows, Resezido is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site — a missed connection because a form didn't submit, for instance, is something we'll fix, but we're not liable for downstream loss you attribute to that delay. This limit doesn't apply to liability that can't be excluded under Texas law, and it has no bearing on the separate workmanship guarantee that covers completed jobs, described on our warranty page.

We can refuse or withdraw access to this site or its chat from anyone misusing it

If a visitor breaches the acceptable-use terms above, sends abusive messages through the chat, or attempts to defraud the inquiry process, we can block that visitor's access to the site and close any open chat session, without notice.

We update these terms as the business or the law requires, and the version in force is always the one posted here with the current effective date. Continuing to use resezido.com after a change means you accept the version then in force.
